Hostinger shared hosting review: what the Premium plan gives you and what it costs later

Plan limits, the 48-month price, the renewal price and what is included in Hostinger Premium, read from its own plan page.

Hostinger is one of the best-known budget hosts. Its public plan page shows the number most people see first: $2.49 a month. The full picture needs two more numbers, the term and the renewal.

What Premium includes

• 3 websites and 20 GB SSD storage.
• A free domain for the first year.
• Free weekly backups and a CDN.
• 2 mailboxes per website, free for the first year.
• 24/7 support and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Free migration of existing sites.

The price in context

The $2.49 a month price applies to a 48-month term, which is $119.52 paid up front against a regular price of $585.12. After the term the plan renews at $10.99 a month. A shorter term costs more per month.

Who it suits

It suits people who want a site builder, WordPress and a free domain in one purchase and are happy to commit for a long term. If you want to test first, a shorter term or a provider with a no-card trial is safer.
